Meet the Team

Jeff Miller, CEO

Jeff Miller has been with Pacific Living Properties since 2002. As a principal in the company and CEO, he is responsible for operations, investments, and new business development. Prior to joining Pacific Living Properties, Jeff was with Pinnacle Realty Management where he gained extensive experience in fee management, real estate syndication, and was part of the formation of Holly Residential REIT. Jeff has a master's and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and is a Washington Real Estate Broker.

Susie La Vallie, Sr. Vice President Accounting & Finance

Susie La Vallie joined Pacific Living Properties in January, 2014. As Controller, she is responsible for the accounting functions of the Development and Asset Management divisions, and for the the development of financial reporting for equity partners and financial systems. Prior to joining Pacific Living Properties, Susie was Director of Finance for OliverMcMillan, LLC. Susie has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.

Marty Wilson, VP of Construction & Safety

Marty Wilson has been with PLP for over 25 years and is responsible for all renovation projects in California and Washington. He has been directly responsible for managing over 50 million dollars of renovation projects for the company. Marty focuses on creative problem solving and cost-effective measures to ensure ownership goals are met. He is hands-on with training, safety inspections and conducting safety meetings for his staff. He monitors and inspects work done by sub-contractors to ensure high standards are maintained and work performed is completed on-time.

Amy Hesman, Systems Manager

Amy Hesman has more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She is well-versed in a variety of property management software platforms. Amy has direct oversight of all set-up and implementation, and of new acquisitions. She is responsible for all system training at the corporate and property levels.
